My first encounter with yoga began in India, in 2000. After completing a one- month yoga course in Auroville (Southern India), I became so inspired to continue with Yoga, that I returned to India to complete my Yoga Teaching Training Course. Since then, Yoga has become an integral part of myself and I strive to learn continuously. I teach only from the heart and personal experience. It is an honour to share this ancient science and art with others.
As I began to study and practice yoga, I felt how deeply the mind connects with the body. The various postures in yoga encouraged awareness, healing and clarity for the mind, body, and soul. As I understood this concept, it became clearer that the mind and body communicate in wonderful ways to bring us back into the present moment and realise who we are. Yoga provided me the opportunity to make place for inner peace and understand the value of being in the present moment.
My personal experiences of yoga, teaching and training experience, allows me to blend traditional Indian Yoga styles with contemporary approaches. My teaching style is spontaneous, light- hearted and I aim to provide a positive and uplifting experience to my students. I seek to guide others to find their desire for connecting with themselves.
While I am deeply connected to the spiritual aspects of Yoga, I know the importance of the physical body. Since the mind and body are connected in yoga, the physical body should feel supple, so the mind and body are in harmony. As you continue to practice yoga, you will notice how easier it becomes to do these poses.

Anand (born in India) is a Yogi, international speaker, presenter and visionary. He has worked tirelessly towards the physical, mental and spiritual well-being of humanity through powerful yoga programs, teacher training courses and volunteers to run public service projects.

Such a welcoming place for every skill level from a newbie to experienced! The owners Anand and Ildy are truly wonderful caring people, friendly and knowledgeable and they offer an array of classes. This place is all about Community. It's hard to describe, but the vibe is just warm and welcoming. Whether online or in the studies the classes have a unique ambience about them. Workshops are full of in depth information giving you a more extensive knowledge of yoga practices as a whole, a must try at least once for the experience, you'll definitely want more. I highly recommend giving the classes a try and with convenient times, they are open to amending times to suit all and their prices are very reasonable too. What's there not to like!
The instructors are skilled, accommodating and the ambiance is welcoming. It's a great place for anyone who wants to start working on stretching, strengthening and improving their breathing technique. Lastly, a great place to just sit and meditate without feeling like it's a place for only a certain type of person. What I love the most is that I am encouraged to do what I can without feeling I can't do the more challenging poses. Thank you Ildy for making yoga so enjoyable.
Anand and Ildy offer such a depth of wisdom, delivered in an authentic and generous way. The journey of the course was taught with ease and grace, each week building on the next. It was helpful to receive the informative email documents that can be kept and referred to. The course is excellent value for money, I gained a lot from it including a sense of peace and calm.
