How do I join?

You can try our Welcome special offer 20 days of Yoga for £20, Our special Offer package deal is available for ONLY new clients new to Moseley Yoga – This offer starts the day of your first class, and will run for 2 weeks this means that you can try any class within the two week period. Even if you only try two classes this offer is still great value for money. Our package can be booked online (Booking page). Once you have purchased your package you will then have to book the classes that you want to attend. Please let reception or your teacher know that this is your first time. Also disclose and injuries that you may have.register and pay online.

But I am not flexible & have never tried Yoga before?

Yoga does not care if you are flexible, Yoga will increase flexibility and give you strength. We have classes that suit beginners up to advanced practitioners. If you are unsure please give us a call we will recommend a class that we feel is suitable for your needs

How do I get there?

You can bring your bike – We have a variety of bicycle racks out in front and in the courtyard of The Old Print Works. We are also only a ten minute walk from Moseley Village. Number 50 bus stops just in front of the building.

Where do I park?

There is ample parking On Edward Road and the two side streets surrounding The Old Print Works (Lime Grove & Clifton Road.

Is there a changing room onsite?

Yes, we have a changing room onsite

Is there a place to store my valuables?

Yes, you can take your valuables into the studio room and place them on the shelves – We do ask that you turn all phones off or put them on silent.

Do you supply water?

You can bring your own bottle and fill up onsite

How do I pay – do I have to be a member?

No you can just pay for a single class online or at the studio We do offer unlimited monthly packages, no membership required. Click over to the TIMETABLE/BOOKING page on the top menu to see more. For best value we do offer a new welcome offer £45 for 30 days of consecutive yoga so you can try any teacher you like. Our classes are suitable for all levels. However, many of our classes are lablelled for beginners new to Yoga for the first time, though even advanced Yogis will enjoy these relaxed classes

How often should I come?

3 times a week to start to make a difference to body and mind. But start with anything you can. Something is better than nothing.

Do you offer private tuition?

Yes, you can book private sessions by clicking the CONTACT link in the menu and getting in touch. Our private tuition starts at £40 per hour (£60 for the first contact)

Do I need to book for a class?

Yes – It is essential to book online and reserve your place on class. If you have any issues booking please click the CONTACT link on the menu above to get in touch Download our free Mindbody app for ease of booking.

When should I arrive?

At least 10 mins before the class is due to commence. If you are new to Moseley Yoga then please arrive 15mins before your class to get signed in. Allow enough time to get here and to get ready before the class starts.

What if I am late?

You won’t be able to join the class once it has started as our classes start on time.

What if I need to cancel a class

You can cancel or reschedule a class with a minimum 2 hours’ notice online or using the Mindbody App. Leave it later than that and you lose your class. Be mindful of not turning up to class when you have booked a place as this means a space could go to another client , if you cannot make class then please cancel.

What if I need to cancel a workshop?

Refunds or transfers to another person for a workshop or special event are only possible in exceptional circumstances such as a critical medical health condition.

What clothes should I wear

Anything that you feel comfortable in and can stretch in. Ladies make sure you have a top that is a nice fit around the chest. As sometimes baggy clothes on top can get in our way. Gentlemen could wear tracksuit bottoms/shorts and a t-shirt.

Do I need to bring a mat

We provide mats to use at the studio with no cost. We do ask that if you are borrowing a mat that you wipe the mat down after you are finished with it. We provide organic spray and clothes to use

Should I eat before a class

It is advised to nibble on some lights snacks (not fruit) try not to eat a heavy meal at least 2 hours before class. Please make sure to arrive hydrated so be mindful to drink enough water.


What if I have an injury/ medical condition?

Consult your doctor prior to booking and make sure you mention to your teacher at your first class. We will ask you to complete a health screening form before your first class.

What if I’m pregnant?

Our general classes at Moseley Yoga are not suitable during pregnancy as not all of our instructors are trained in this area. Please contact us and let us know if you are pregnant. We can recommend a great pregnancy yoga teacher.
