Start the new year by giving yourself time and space to release the old and invite the new.
Come celebrate together the completion of 2019 and invite in 2020 with mindfulness, ease and grace.
First we will release through a rejuvenating flow united with a deep restorative sequence, breathing techniques and meditation to clear the mind. You can expect a blend of Yin and Hatha styles of yoga, a bit of pranayama, mantra and meditation which will equate to a powerful practice creating space for transformation and healing.
Then we will learn how to set up mindful New Year’s Resolutions with compassion and kindness. Let go of the guilt and shame, so you can set resolutions that bring you joy rather than bring you down.
Bring a notepad to take notes! (You’ll get a handout too!)
Together we will awaken the creative power of intention to enter 2020 feeling empowered and uplifted with renewed energy in body, mind and spirit.
