We all procrastinate at times on those things we care most about. In this workshop we will learn how to ground, get centred and work with our procrastination pattern to resolve it and evolve.
Move past the paralysis and the feelings of stress, frustration and helplessness. Work through the guilt and the shame.
We will start by talking about procrastination and how to work with it.
We will then do some yoga, to get grounded and calm.
After that we will practice the techniques to deal with your particular problem.
You will get a handout to take home so you can remember the key concepts and techniques.
