About The Event

Feel GOOD Friday Wellbeing Packages

This is a program to re-start your Wellbeing in September.

This happens when you join the program:

- your confidence increases,

- you are freed from the burden of hidden blocks,

- you get closer to the self you want to be,

- you will be more balanced,

- you feed your inner fortress,

- and you stand more firmly for your own goals.

This is a program with the following timetable:

Every Friday in September at 6.30 – 7.30pm

First meeting: 4thSeptember

Second: 11th September

Third: 18th September

Fourth: 25th September

Then there will be meetings every two weeks on:

16th October

30th October

13th November

27th November

Last meeting 11th December

1. Gentle, beginners Hatha Yoga sequences to start you on the journey

2. Beginners Breathing Practices

3. Relaxation Practices

4. Guided Meditation Practices according to the quality of the week

5. Live connection with me and other practitioners

6. The length of the program is approx. 60-90 minutes. You will be given guidance on how you can break it down into shorter sections.

Premium Package:

5. Live connection with me and other practitioners

7. 20% off your October or April Forest Yoga Retreat weekend

8. Your morning routine program with Healthy Juices and breakfast recipes.
