At the moment we don`t run classes in Ross and Newent.
Private yoga tuition, either one-to-one or in small groups can be a great way to deepen your practice, with sessions tailored specifically for your needs.
Yoga with Ildy fits around your life. Private yoga sessions can also be booked in addition to attending classes.
The sessions may change from dynamic to static or restorative depending on your needs and goals.

Gentle Yoga: this type of yoga applies more gentle approach, stretches. Sitting poses will be in majority, relaxation will be longer.
Focus on: relieving anxiety, developing self-confidence, calming releasing tension, learning to flow with the breath.

Beginners and beyond Class is a class that will improve your strength and flexibility. More standing sequencing,
Focus on: strengthening, enhancing and energizing the body.
Suitable for all levels but mainly who wish to heat up their bodies and mind.
Flow Yoga: a number of standing and sitting poses with a nice relaxation at the end.
Suitable for all levels.
